Yes—if we haven’t started production yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll remake and ship a replacement at no cost.
Contact us immediately. If the package hasn’t shipped, we’ll correct it. If it’s already in transit or returned, reshipment fees may apply.
